Hf Fenix Urban Hotel Lisbon

I had an very nice stay at this hotel. The staff were really good too make my experience nice. They were friendly and helpful, even bringing my luggage directly to my room and allowing me to store it after check-out. The rooms were impeccably clean and surprisingly quiet. The hotel's location in a quiet area made it a peaceful haven, yet it was still within walking distance to many of the city's attractions. being close to the Parque metro station and the main bus stop for the hop on hop off tour made transportation convenient.

The hotel had a pleasant and inviting lobby, creating a positive first impression. The comfortable bed in the room ensured a good night's sleep. the breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of options and the staff serving and clearing the dishes were friendly and helpful.

Convenient location, walkable to bus and metro stations and nearby attractions. Modern and clean rooms. Professional and friendly staff, especially breakfast team. Helpful reception with maps and tour assistance. Varied and delicious breakfast with option of champagne. a pleasant stay.

As business guests, we really appreciated the convenient location of the hotel. It was within walking distance of the metro, making it easy for us to access the city center, the airport, and even Belem. The area was quiet and there were amenities like a small market and a car rental firm nearby. The breakfast provided a great variety of options to satisfy both salty and sweet preferences. The room was spacious, cleaned daily, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with directions and assistance whenever we needed it.

We felt totally relaxed during our stay and have no complaints.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to a Metro Station and within walking distance of cool neighborhoods. The rooms are modern and cleaned daily, with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and the staff is polite and helpful, always welcoming guests in their language. the receptionists provide excellent service, always ready to assist with any inquiries or help with phone calls.

The size of the rooms might be a bit small, which could be a downside for some guests.

Great location near Marquês de Pombal monument. Metro and buses within 100 meters. Clean hotel, good value for money. Excellent selection for breakfast. My room was clean and spacious.

The location near Parque metro station and direct bus connections to Belem. Comfy beds and okay-sized room. Helpful receptionists and lovely breakfast staff. Good WIFI connection, quick and easy to access. Convenient for exploring Lisbon, close to hop-on-hop-off bus starting point and metro.

Nothing for me.

We loved this place! The location was perfect for exploring the city since it was right next to a metro station. The staff were amazing and provided excellent services, making us feel right at home. They even surprised us with a glass of bubbly for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The room amenities were top-notch and everything was kept clean and tidy by the housekeeping staff.

Breakfast was not up to 4-star standards, but we would still recommend this hotel to everyone.
